HUBFirst, LLC (HUBFirst) is a joint venture created by Mid-South Adjustment Co., Inc. (Protégé) and Coast Professional, Inc. (Mentor) as a result of the companies’ Mentor-Protégé Agreement (MPA) established in accordance with Small Business Administration (SBA) standards. HUBFirst is a federally certified HUBZone joint venture that focuses on prompt, effective, and top performing call center and back-office operations. The joint venture brings more than 300 years of combined management experience in the implementation and operation of federal government contracts including three (3) separate Department of Education, Federal Student Aid contracts.

About Mid-South Adjustment Co., Inc.

Mid-South Adjustment Co., Inc. (Mid-South) has provided call center based default management for clients in education, healthcare, banking, and utilities since 1981. Since 2017, Mid-South has been recognized as a HUBZone small business and has provided opportunities for people who live and work in the Historically Underutilized Business Zones. Mid-South has more than 41 years of experience providing pre-default collection work for courts, healthcare facilities, and municipal based utilities. Through the company’s involvement in call center and back-office based work for government agencies, Mid-South has experience in the implementation of significant information security systems, effective operational processes, and safeguards to maintain compliance with the contract’s requirements.
